Tuesday updates

Hey readers!

How is everyone doing today? I hope that all is going well with you as it is for me. I just found out in my math class that I have my first quiz for the term on Thursday, and more reading for me to do in my Humanities class, ha ha ha. That is all of the updates that I can report from Oakton. As for other updates, Erin's probably mad at me for today AND yesterday, plus on top of that, I was nearly late to class! Why, you ask? The 208 broke down in Niles at the Golf Mill Shopping Center, and I was given a transfer to get on another bus that takes me to Oakton (the 220 came around 15 minutes later), thank goodness for that! Lucky for me, I was somewhat prepared for my Humanities class and I was given a lot of notes in terms of terminology and whatnot. But whatever the case, I am still in one piece. Well, you guys know what time this is. I have to get going now so that I can get to work on time. I will try to write again tomorrow. Laterz and peace!

I'm tired, Erin's probably pissed, and you know the rest

Hello readers...

I hope that everyone is having a good morning so far although that can't be said about me. Why you ask? I left like 8:30 in the morning so that I can get started on my Humanities assignment. Too bad, it's due tomorrow morning at 11 a.m. And Erin is probably screaming "WHERE'S VIRGINIA?!?" right now because I left a note on her door and she probably wants to talk to me today about my clothes shopping spree. She won't be pleased when she finds out that one, I bought the soccer jersey; two, I got myself a DVD for like ten dollars, and three, I didn't get enough stuff (in terms of jeans). I wonder if that'll affect the spending money that I get every week or not. But oh well, that is what I get for doing things on my own. Last night my housemate Rob took me to his old house where it is now in a pile as it was torn down. Not a good thing to see. Well, I have to get going now so that I can get to my assignment for Humanities. I will try to write again tomorrow. Laterz and peace!

Sunday updates

Hey readers!

How is everyone doing today? I hope that all is going well with you lot as it is for me. I have me some good news and some bad news. The bad news is that I think that Erin will probably be pissed off when she finds our that I bought the Ireland soccer jersey and that I also bought a DVD. NOT a very smart move by me but hey, I have what I want and that is that. The good news is that I did my shopping, and that I managed to get around 4 new pairs of jeans for under $100. That, 5 t-shirts, and 6 pairs of underwear. That didn't cost me much but the jersey (which I am wearing now) set me back a good $80. I still have the receipt for the game that I will buy for Abe for Christmas, and that is a good thing. But other than that, I am still studying for my Humanities class and whatnot. Well, readers, you know what time this is. I have to get going now so that I can get to my studies. I will try to write again tomorrow if not Tuesday. Laterz and peace!

Surviving my first week at school and other updates

Hey hey readers!

How is everyone doing on the last Friday of the month? I hope that all is going well with you lot although it isn't the same thing for me. Yesterday during Humanities class, my professor gave the class a surprise pop quiz that I wasn't ready for, and yes, I failed it like hell on earth, plus she piled on the homework for the class to do for the weekend. Now, as for my Math class, it's a little bit better. The teacher introduced us to the Math Computer lab in the class and that was fun even though I got lost in the mix of registering for this one lab program that the class had to do that day. So there you have it, I survived my first week back in school in over two years, yay for me. As for work, I am averaging 4 hours a day which leads to about 16 hours or so this week so far. But oh well, that is life there for you, you can't always get what you want when you want it. As for anything else, my "intern therapist" Nick is leaving the day program after today so that he can pursue other things, such as his Masters Degree (in what he never told me but I am not concerned about that) and another internship elsewhere in state. Oh yeah, Erin is coming back from the camping trip today but I hope that I don't see her today because if I do I'll get pissed off as I am supposed to be studying my butt off. Well, peoples, you know what time this is... I have to get going now, study the books and read the paper. I will write again Sunday. Laterz and peace!

Updates for Thursday

Hey readers!
Just wanted to say hello and what is going on with you as I am in school as I speak. Erin is on her mini-vacation as I say this and she won't be back in town until tomorrow, woo hoo for me! But other than that stuff, I saw my friend M.J. and she's doing good as far as I know. Today is my second day of classes and although I am tired, I am ready for my classes because I have to better my life and whatnot. Work was a drag last night but I got out early so I can watch me some television in the cafeteria. That was the only (and still is) good thing about my job: I can watch TV! The other good thing about Oakton: there is PEPSI VANILLA at the campus that I am going to (in Des Plaines)... :) Well, I have to get studying now so I have to get going now. I will write again tomorrow for sure (and I'll be sure that I'll tell you about the shopping trip either Sunday or Monday). Laterz and peace!

Good news for one and all

Hey hey readers!
I hope that everyone that reads this entry is having a fabulous day because I am having one as well. Why you ask? Because there are annoying people that I don't like that are gone camping as I speak from now until Friday, and that my friend, is a good thing, because it less for me to worry about. On top of that, I can focus on my classes at Oakton and scope out the cute guys at the same time. Well, I shouldn't try to scope out the cute guys all the time as I will not do as good in my classes as I would if I was too busy doing what I am supposed to do. But other than that, I am doing good. I pay attention in my classes and take down some serious notes in them so I don't slack off like I used to in my first go around at Oakton. And yesterday I arrived early to class so that I can find my courses and whatnot. In addition to that, I will be writing to the site less often, especially in December so that I can focus on my finals and papers on top of my job. Oh well, that's life there for you, when you have committed yourself to stuff, you have to stick by it or else you suffer the consequences and that, my friend, is NOT good. Work is going okay for me by the way, getting good pay and whatnot. Erin is Erin as usual, and she's one of the people that I have a love/hate relationship with, so right now I am feeling good about her going to camp so I don't have to tolerate her for awhile. You know what time it is now... I have to get going now so that I can complete my homework... I will try to write again tomorrow if not Friday. Laterz and peace!

School season is officially here and other updates

Hey readers!

How is everyone doing today? I hope that all is going well with you lot as it is for me. I was supposed to write to you yesterday but I got soooooooooooooo busy that I lost track of time and had to go to work. At least I saw Erin once this week, but I think that she'll be pissed off at me if she ever decides to e-mail me today as I left early today to get to class on time, or at least early. Why do I say that, you ask? I was supposed to give her my budget of my future clothes shopping on Saturday yesterday but the chick decided to leave early yesterday so it's not all my fault. And speaking of that, I think I'll need close to $500-$600 to spend on a new wardrobe. But oh well, that's life there for you. In other news, I am in school as I write this and I am soooooooooooooo happy, because I am working on me and that is that. I also packed up my lunch and dinner as after my last class ends, I will be going straight to work so Erin can't stop me! :) I did my investigation of the soccer jersey (that of the Irish national team) and it costs around the $80-$100 mark, so if in the event that I have more than $110 in my pocket (that excludes the $65 that I need this weekend), then I will get the jersey, but if not I can only pray that Abe gets it for me for Christmas or for my 23rd b-day. Well, you know what time it is. I have to get going now so that I can make it to class on time. I will try to write again tomorrow, if not Thursday for sure. Laterz and peace!

Update city!

Hey readers!

How is everyone doing today? I hope that all is going well for you as it is for me. Yesterday's news... as well as current news, I no longer have a guest book for this site but as my loyal readers, you can always comment on my entries. As the saying goes there is always a silver lining for every dark cloud (or something like that). Anyhoo, as of TODAY I now own the "Mortal Kombat:Annihilation" on DVD. Ain't that something or what? Oh yeah, I bought this one t-shirt at Old Navy which has my zodiac sign on the front and a description of my sign on the back. I am an Aquarius in case you're asking what it is.

But other than that, nothing is new with me other than the fact that I start Oakton (again) on Tuesday. And I HAVE TO TALK to Erin tomorrow about a lot of things, such as my housemate D.C., shopping, the soccer jersey, and other things as well. It will prove to be interesting as hell to see what the turnout will be at the conclusion of the conversation. Right now, I am on cloud nine because of what I have done in terms of progress with myself. I never thought that I'd make it this far but I did and I will keep on making it even further. Well, I have got to get going now. I have other things to get to today. I will try to write again tomorrow. Laterz and peace!

Cheers,

Four more days until I start school

Hi readers!
I hope that all is going well with you lot as it is for me. Next Friday will be my "therapist" Nick's last day at the program. BOO HOO! That is the moment I am having right now. I did get to talk to him for a good amount of time today, however, and that is always good on both his part and my part as well. But other than that, I am doing good right now; I am taking it easy at the moment. Haven't seen Erin for a good time in a while, but that is good, as much as I like her a my case worker, she can be ANNOYING to the last nerve! Don't ask me why I just said that, however, Erin and I are either have something in common or, as it normally turns out, we're two different people. The countdown to returning to school continues at four days and counting downwards (in that direction).
Anyhoo, work is a drag but I have a cool supervisor in Russ at the Primary, and man, am I one happy girl today! Why, you ask? The unloader I sort for, Mike Timko (or should I say Simko, as he's nothing but a sim), won't be around tonight as he is going to a "Weird Al" Yankovic concert tonight. But I still would get paid more than him anyway (mainly because I make more per hour than him), and that makes me happy! :) But other than all of that, I am pretty good in terms of my life, because I am not talking to my family (don't ask) as they may bring me down (again) to nothing. Well, I have to get going now so that I can get home to see Erin and company. I will write to all of you again on Sunday for sure. Laterz and peace!

Five days to school and counting

Hey hey readers!
I am here again with my latest entry for today. Since I last wrote, I am still tired as hell from work. I work like four hours a day or so. But oh well, such are the joys of life. As for today, it marks five more days until I start school and that, my friend, is a good thing. I see less of Erin! :) It's not that I don't like her as a case manager because I do like her ONLY in that fashion, but, however, she can get on my last nerve. I am also looking forward to my last vacation of the year in two months, because I get paid like BIG then... :) More research on the television for me will continue until the end of the year. That is when I will get me a new television for my room, as I have to get a replacement for the one I already have. I am looking for a 13" TV with VCR combo, and a color screen along with it too. I know that they don't cost that much but hey, I do have to look good and hard for a TV like the one I want. I get paid tomorrow so that means that I have to decide how I want my $25 for the week (plus $5 more for the Seroquel) to be spent, as my backpack plans are in the dust. Well, you know what time this is. I have to get going now so that I can get to work on time. I will write to you all again tomorrow. Laterz and peace!

The countdown continues

Hey hey readers!
How is everyone's day going for them so far? I hope that all is going well. I have six more days of freedom before I start college (again). To celebrate, I treated M.J. and Sara to lunch today at the Northfield Restaurant in Northfield, Illinois. The food was really good and the total was less than what I had in my pocket, thank goodness for that. I had a Grilled Chicken Ceasar Wrap with fries and a Root Beer Float, while Sara had a Monte Cristo with fries and a Sprite and M.J. had a Grilled Cheese sandwich with cole slaw and a Coke. The three of us enjoyed our meals and the waitress was really nice and she enjoyed our company, hee hee hee. I would bet anyone a friendly bet that Erin would probably ask me "Virginia, how was lunch?" I think that she would say either that exact line or something very close to it. As for work, it has been really weird because this one dude Art is BACK in the primary sort aisle and that can be really bad 'cause all he does is talk his ass off. Oh well, that's life there for you, you can't expect everything to go your way and stuff like that. Well, I have to get going now so that I can get on the bus to get home so that I can get to work eventually. I will try to write to you again tomorrow if not Friday. Laterz and peace!

Tuesday updates

Hey hey readers! What is going on with my loyal readers? I hope that all is going well with you as it is for me indeed. First of all, my case manager Erin is sooooooooooooo cool, because she wasn't the least upset when I told her today that I spent money on my books yesterday via check. But other than that, not much in my life today, and my work week so far is nothing but a drag. Just don't ask me why... the reason is what I will not state to you whatsoever. Anyhoo, I am sooooooooooooo looking forward to tomorrow, because I am treating my girls Sara and M.J. to lunch at the Northfield Restaurant most likely. Well, I have to get going now so that I can get to work on time. I will write to all again tomorrow. Laterz and peace! ~ Calisto Phoenix

Monday updates

Hey hey readers! How is everyone doing? I hope that all is going well for you lot as it is for me. I have some good news and some bad news. The bad news is that I had to pay up for the books at Oakton myself, damn it to all! The good part about that is that I get reimbursed for the books themselves, it's just a matter of time. One thing here is how Erin will react to that... go figure. The good news in general is that I don't have to pay up more tuition, because of the fact that I went to the payroll office and found out AFTER I made the second of three payments on my tuition. I'll get reimbursed on the tuition that I paid up to this point. The Olympics are such a drag to watch to tell you the truth. Well, I have to get going now so that I can get to work on time and whatnot. I will try to write tomorrow. If not that day then Wednesday definitely. Laterz and peace! ~ Calisto Phoenix

Updates for today

Hey hey readers! How is everyone doing today? I hope that all is going well with you lot as it is for me. As for today, all that I have to say is that I had a wonderful time at the SGI-USA YWD meeting here in Chicago (where I'm originally from), although it lasted from 9 in the morning to noon. I just came to the library in Evanston, IL from the Taco Bell just north of it. Well, I have to get going now sop taht I can get to the damn bathroom. I will write to you all again tomorrow. Updates for today and the countdown until I start college

Hey hey readers!
How is everyone doing today? I hope that all is going well with you lot as it is for me. I have some exciting news for you and I sincerely hope that you like what I have to say today. First of all, I will get me a new TV, I am thinking of getting it in the December or January of 2005 time frame the latest. I am looking for a 13" TV/VCR combo television set... but at least I will be concetrating on my homework when I start college (again for the second time) in two weeks. I already have 32 credit hours, about 22-25 of them are transferrable, under my belt at Oakton CC in Des Plaines, IL. That's all on that subject. As for my weekly talk with Nick the intern, let's just say that the 27th of August is his last day at the program and I will sad to see him go (he has another internship near Northbrook) but hey, people move on to other things and he is no exception to the rule. I am ready to move on too, it'll be a matter of time before I leave the program for good as well. And Erin took two of my stamps, damn it! Now she owes me two stamps, like seriously, or at least I think she took them, I don't know who did take them, but whoever did owes me two stamps. As for work, I will get at least 20 hours in this week, to show up on next week's check. And I had better get my raise on this check or else I will get mad at someone! Well, I have to get going now so that I can continue on my research for a new TV and continue on my profile on www.espn.com. I will either write again tomorrow, Sunday, or both days. Laterz and peace!

Daily (well, not really) update

Hey hey readers! How is everyone doing today? I hope that all is going well with you lot as it is for me. Saw Erin briefly (thank goodness for that, I have a love/hate relationship with her right now) and found out yesterday that Jevon (pronounciation rhymes with Kevin) is moving in to my lovely house and things should look brighter for me and the whole household. But other than that, I am in current research of a new TV, and I'm looking for a 13" color TV set with a built-in VCR. Not much, eh? I have the money in the bank, but I'm willing to wait until around December to get the damn thing, or maybe earlier than that IF someone I know is willing to loan me a TV until I get a new one. And the last thing that I saw on the Cubs (at home)/Padres game, it was 2-0 Cubs at the top of the third inning having the bases loaded and one out. I hope that they are still winning that game, and I will say something if they lose today's game! Other than that, nothing is new with me, other than the fact that I should be getting my raise tomorrow. That and trusty Natasha telling me that Erin is going to camp in a couple of weeks, the same week that I start school. :) Well... that's about it from me to you for the time being. I will write to all of you again tomorrow sometime. Laterz and peace! ~ Calisto Phoenix

My (almost) daily update

Hey readers!
How is everyone doing today? I hope that all is going well with you lot although it's not quite the same for me. As I write this, I still have a broken television that I have to keep on switching the socket to different outputs in order for it to work. Does anyone that reads this know what to do in a case like this? E-mail me at vkrhunt@hotmail.com or nina_williams122@yahoo.com for suggestions of any kind, thank you very much. :) Anyhoo, I think that I may have to go for the supervisor's position at the beginning of next year so that I can work on moving out of the house by 2006, because I have had enough of living there in the first place. People using my soap (evidence: hairs that are NOT mine left on the soap), people putting my things (like my toothbrush) in other places, that sort of thing. I just wish it would stop completely so that I can live in a place where people won't take my stuff. It makes me feel unsafe at that damn place and I want things to change. But oh well, that's life there for you, when things don't go your way, you may have to do something about it. But other than that, I'm doing okay, I am hanging in there for a change. No contact with family since April and that is good for me because I need to get away from the family for a year or so before I add on that kind of pressure into my life. Work for me is kind of a drag lately because although I'm getting like 20+ hours a week, it's been really stressful and tiring for me. Well, enough on that and the entry for today. I will write again tomorrow. Laterz and peace!

Keeping my promise and other things

Hey hey readers!
How is everyone doing today? I hope that all is going well with you although it's not quite the same thing going for me. First of all, I NEVER got the call yesterday like the store Record Town said they would for the DVD "Kill Bill Vol. 2" coming out today (unless they decided to call me today), so that's a huge lie right there and a waste of $5, damn it! At least I still have the receipt for "Gran Turismo 4" for PS2, which is a Christmas present for my roommate Abe, and that my friends, is a relief because if I had lost it, then I'd be really pissed off right now. I still have three months to go before I get the damn game and that is a sign of good things to come. I'm already getting Abe GT3 for the same console, hee hee hee. I'm soooooooo annoyed right now 'cause ROB LOGAN was on my ass asking me if I was sending him an e-mail or not. Geez, can I get some ME time please??????? But the good thing to all of you loyal readers is that I kepy my promise when I said I was going to write to you next and all that lovely jazz. As for anything else, I just learned that my television broke (well, not really, because if I keep on switching the sockets, I still have my TV working, but I can't turn it on after I turn it off the first time I do that in one of the sockets, damn it!) and I did talk to Randy and Erin about it, now I just have to talk to my house manager Karl about it to see what I should do if he can't find a way to fix it. Well, that's about it from me to you for the time being. I will write to all of you again tomorrow. Laterz and peace!

Collateral, my company picnic, and other updates

Hey hey readers! How is everyone doing today? I hope that all is going well with you as it is for me. Yesterday, I went to the company picnic that UPS hosted at the Harms Woods, Grove 6. It was fun, the food was good, and I had me a good time, but it wasn't the same vibe that I got at the wedding I went to three weeks ago (my best friend Jennifer had gotten married), so it wasn't as good in terms of the food and whatnot. Oh well, that's life there for you. I got home at sometime before six in the evening and I even tried a taco that Leslie made herself. It was a lot better than I even ecpected. As for evening/late night plans, Leslie bought three tickets to see the movie "Collateral," with Tom Cruise and Jamie Foxx as well as Jada Pinkett Smith. It was an okay movie, but it wasn't living up to the hype that I, or the other people that went with me, had hoped for (it was Leslie, my roommate Mike and myself that went to see the movie), becuase it wasn't all that great to begin with. As for today, I waan't up to much in terms of what to do before now, but at least I did my chore and whatnot. Well, I have to get going now so that I can get to other things. I will write to you again either tomorrow or Tuesday or both days. Laterz and peace! ~ Calisto Phoenix

Hello there and... well, you know the rest...

Hey hey readers!

How is everyone doing today? I hope that all is going well with you lot as it is for me indeed. First of all, I have all the text from all my other entries from the old blog to this one, and it's in reverse order, so that saves me a lot of typing by using the copy/paste method. :) And as for my day so far, I am one happy camper, and for more than just one reason. First, I saw my girl M.J.! The woman treated me to a Sinckers Almond Bar and a Vanilla Coke at around nine something along with a piece of bubble gum later on. My talk with Nick the Intern was cool as hell as well (any rhyming you lot see?), and I'm even more psyched for school (well, my return to Oakton Community College in Des Plaines, IL that is) because of that. :) My two morning groups were just FANTASTIC because for Pet Therapy, I played with doggies (Sasha the Shih Tzu was sooooo adorable! :D) Art Therapy was great as well, and that's all I'm saying. As for my plans for the afternoon, I will be seeing Erin today about the Kill Bill Vol. 2 DVD thing (I won't go any further because I don't want anyone finding out what I said to her) and school books. And I hate to say this to you guys, I have to get going now so that I can get to my research for school books and a backpack. I will write to the site again either tomorrow or Sunday or both days. Laterz and peace!

A day of B.S. and other updates...

Hello there readers! As this is my second entry, well, here goes... uh... just about everything! This morning was a drag. I didn't go to my day program because of the fact that it's an all-day activity and I'm not signed up for that (because of work and now school), so I lucked out of that and stayed the hell home. I saw my caseworker Erin today but very briefly, she took off at about 9:30 a.m. for the program while yours truly just sat on that ass watching television! I took off at about 11 something in the morning for the remainder of the day so that I can work on this entry! Tomorrow I am going to see "A Home At The End Of The World" with my hunk Colin Farrell (well, he's not mine but damn, he's sooooooooooooooooooo HOT!) AND I'm going with my friend Laura Phillips. She is soooooooooooooo rad and fun to hang around with because for one, she's around my age, two, she's the opposite of me, and three, she too has access to the Internet! Well, this isn't much longer than my last entry, but I do have to get going now so that I can get to other things in my life, such as more window shopping and eventually my PT job. I will post my third entry either tomorrow or Sunday for sure. Laterz and peace! Calisto Phoenix

Blah Blah Blah!

Hello there readers one and all! This marks my THIRD entry on this site already! I have some good news and some bad news. The bad news is that my friend Laura bailed out on the movie thing that I was supposed to do later on today this morning. BOO HOO to you Laura! Just kidding there, I'll have to figure something else out in terms of my free time. I know for a fact that I don't have much of it to spare. I have to treat my girl Sara to lunch on a Wednesday soon (as in a couple of weeks). However, the good news is that I am still seeing my movie with COLIN FARRELL in it and I got the latest issue of Black Belt magazine today, not to forget that I got on the computer EARLY today at the Evanston Public Library, woo hoo for me! :) My love life is the same old B.S. everyday but I'm not complaining about it either because I am sooooooooooooooooooooo happy that I am THAT single for the guys, wahey for me! :) Just to let everyone in on some info, I will post some pics from my picture CD, but that won't be for some time, because I have to figure out a good time to actually put them on the site in the first place. Oh yeah, my best friend Jennifer got married two weeks ago and I would like to wish her and her hubby Mike a lifetime of marital bliss. Those two really deserve it to the fullest. Well, I have to get going now so that I can make my movie on time. I will write again soon. Laterz and peace! Calisto Phoenix

Daily update...

Hallo hallo (is that Swedish? please note: sarcasm) readers! Well, today marks a day where I just don't give a (bleep)! Why, you ask? Never ask me or Virginia (the other half of me) this question, neither of us would know or give a damn. But to be on the bright side, here is the news in my world, nevertheless. First off, I am getting a new roommate. Don't know who yet, but I met one of the possibilities, Jevin, and he seems like a cool guy, easy to get along with in my book. My case worker Erin has to postpone our shopping trip for a while, which is both good and bad. The good part is that I can still wear my piece of sh*t clothes all that I want, while the bad part is that I HAVE to wear my piece of sh*t clothes that are falling apart, which kinda annoys me straight to hell, AND no bonding with Erin when I do go shopping with her (I did that with her last year and it was HILARIOUS). Crazy as it may seem, I look forward to getting some birthday presents for the people that mean the most to me in my life right now (like Erin, Jennifer, and Randy), because I get to spend me some MONEY! That's that with the good news and the bad news in my world. As for the Cubs, they won yesterday 6-3, but Greg Maddux did NOT win number 300. BOO HOO! I hate when history is denied, but at least he has another shot on that on Saturday on the road. And this time I hope that he gets it because he is a humble and great pitcher that baseball has ever seen in modern history. And can someone tell me whether or not the White Sox won yesterday's game, as I don't have a clue????? Well, I have to get going now as I have to get to work on time for a change. I will write again on Wednesday for sure. Laterz and peace! Calisto Phoenix

Sorry that I lied about not writing today...

Hey hey readers! How is everyone doing today? I hope that all is going well with you as it is for me! :) Well, I lied when I said I wasn't going to write today but I found the time to write today and well... here I am with my blog for today. Nothing new here for the day for yours truly so far but hey work last night was a major drag in more ways than one. Erin is Erin today, smiley and whatnot. I just have to get a price for the books that I have to buy for class on the ninth and then get the debit card to buy the books so I can be ready for class. That's my plan for this month other than getting the syllabi for the classes and making my second payment for the tuition bill that I have so that I can get reimbursed early next year. That and surviving work this week will be such a joy for me because I get all the messed up unloaders at work and now Niya is giving me a hand in helping me with getting a guestbook for the site! Thank you Niya! :) Well, I have to get going now so that I can catch my bus to get to work. I will write to you all again tomorrow. Laterz and peace! Calisto Phoenix

A day of madness and my daily update...

Hey hey readers! How is everyone doing on the fourth day in August? I hope everything is going well with you lot although it isn't the same thing for me. Last night, after work and after I had gotten off of the bus, I got really SOAKED like you wouldn't believe, because it was POURING outside like there was no tomorrow. But anyhoo, I allowed my friends M.J. and P-Wee (not mentioning their real names to protect their privacy) to see my photo album last night and earlier today (in opposite order of who got to see the photo album that I own), as I told them that they could see the photo album. I am one step closer to finishing this website with my guestbook thing from http://www.bravenet.com/, all I have to do is get the damn password from the bravenet.com website onto my e-mail and then I can work from there. Thank you Niya! As for work, it has been HELL the past two days because I have been working like a horse those two days and I show no signs of relaxing until at least Friday night. Now all I have to really do is talk to Erin about getting books for my classes at Oakton CC because it is something that I really need before school starts on the 24th (for me that is, the real start date for the students is the 23rd) of this month. What fun that should be for yours truly. Well, I hate to do this to the loyal readers, but I have to get going now, I have to complete this blog of mine as well as get home and then to work. I will write to you all again either tomorrow or Friday. Laterz and peace! Calisto Phoenix
Hey hey readers! How is everyone doing today? I hope that all is going well with you lot as it is for me. As for my daily update, well, here I go again! :) First of all, I didn't see Erin (my case worker) until like a couple of hours ago. Well... more like an hour ago. I am happy for my Cubbies, because we won last night 11-8, and, for right now, sole control of the Wild Card in the NL. Too bad the White Sox lost last night 11-0 to the Kansas City Royals, but I'm not rooting for the White Sox, it was just some piece of information that I would like to share to my loyal readers. As for anything else, the newsletter group was fun today and I informed my support group that in three weeks I start school (a return to Oakton Community College in Des Plaines, IL after two years of not being there) and I'm taking two classes for the time being. I'm going to see how this semester goes for me and if it all goes well, then I'll apply for that supervisor's position at work. I think I'll take the position anyway next year so that I can get the hell out the house that I live in. I won't say the exact reason why I just said that, but let's say that I only have one friend in that house and I can't get along with the other girl that lives on the same floor as me. That's all that I will say. Last night at work I was on Boxline 3 for a very good portion of the night and it wasn't fun at all. In fact, it SUCKED! Well, I have to get going now so that I can get to work on time. I will write to all of you again tomorrow. Laterz and peace! ~ Calisto Phoenix
